Yoga for Better Sleep is a 4-week series of yoga and somatic practices that are used to activate the body's natural relaxation response. If you struggle with insomnia, or sleep disruptions (frequent waking, bad dreams, difficulty falling back asleep) these 1-hour sessions will give you practical tools to connect back to your innate rhythms of rest and regulation.
Total cost for the series is $90. Location is near Broadview Station in Toronto. Group size is 3-5 people. No Yoga experience is required. All you need is a mat and a blanket !
